Process

We conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing IP landscape within the organisation and relevant industry. We identify and evaluate existing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other IP assets held by the organisation.

We define the organisation’s innovation goals and objectives by determining the desired outcomes of the innovation process, such as developing new products, entering new markets, or enhancing competitiveness.

We facilitate idea generation, evaluate the generated ideas based on criteria such as alignment with the organisation’s goals, market potential, technical feasibility, competitive advantage, and IP potential.

We determine the appropriate forms of IP protection for the selected ideas, which involves filing patent applications, registering trademarks or copyrights, or implementing trade secret protection measures.

We devise strategies to effectively commercialise IP assets by licensing the IP to third parties, forming partnerships or joint ventures, establishing spin-off companies, or introducing new products/services based on the protected IP.

We establish robust systems for managing and preserving the organisation’s IP portfolio, including monitoring for infringements, conducting audits, and ensuring legal compliance.

We also seek collaborative opportunities and partnerships with external entities by engaging in collaborative research and development efforts, we aim to foster new innovations and expand the organisation’s IP portfolio.
