Process
This stage involves brainstorming and identifying potential product ideas. It can be driven by market research, customer feedback, technological advancements, or internal innovation initiatives.
Once a promising idea is identified, we further refine it into a product concept. This stage involves defining the product’s purpose, features, target market, and value proposition.
To ensure market viability, research is conducted to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends. This includes analyzing competitors, conducting surveys, interviews, and refining the concept.
In this stage, the concept is translated into detailed designs. Industrial designers, engineers, and other specialists will collaborate to create 2D and 3D renderings, engineering drawings, and functional prototypes.
Prototypes are subjected to rigorous user testing to evaluate performance and usability. Feedback from testing is used to improve the design of the design.
We will then work closely with manufacturing engineers to ensure the product can be efficiently and cost-effectively manufactured at scale. Considerations include material selection, assembly methods and supply chain management.
