Process
We develop a detailed design of the product or component to be manufactured. This involves creating 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifying details and manufacturing requirements.
We help the client choose the appropriate materials for the product based on its intended use, functional requirements, durability, and cost considerations. Consider factors such as strength, weight and aesthetics.
We design the machinery and tools needed to manufacture the product, such as the moulds, dies, and CNC programmes. We focus on optimising the tooling designs to ensure efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
We also build prototypes of the product to evaluate its functionality, performance, and manufacturability. This step helps us identify and address any design or manufacturing issues before full-scale production.
Plan the sequence of operations and processes required for manufacturing. This includes determining the order of manufacturing steps, selecting manufacturing techniques and estimating production time and costs.
Fabricate the required tooling, moulds, or dies based on the design specifications. This may involve CNC machining, casting, or 3D printing, depending on the complexity and requirements of the tooling.
Package the finished products appropriately for storage, transportation, and delivery protecting the products from damage and includes any necessary labelling, instructions, or promotional materials.
